Obama Is Still Surrounding Himself With Shady Characters

During the campaign the Left went absolutely bat sh*t (moonbat sh*t?) when the subject of Obama's 'associations' came up. Ayers? Just a guy in the neighborhood. Wright? Obama wasn't listening. Rezko? See "Ayers." Move along, nothing to see here. But what about Obama's current associations? What does it say about Obama that he has chosen men like John Holdren and Cass Sunstein to serve as czars?

Michelle Malkin takes a close look at John Holdren, his associations and who influenced his bizarre and evil view point and finds:

Who is Holdren’s intellectual mentor, Harrison Brown? He was a “distinguished member” of the International Eugenics Society whom Holdren later worked with on a book about – you guessed it – world population and fertility. Brown advocated the same population control-freak measures Holdren put forth in Ecoscience. In “The Challenge to Man’s Future,” Brown envisioned a regime in which the “number of abortions and artificial inseminations permitted in a given year would be determined completely by the difference between the number of deaths and the number of births in the year previous.”

Brown exhorted readers to accept that “we must reconcile ourselves to the fact that artifical means must be applied to limit birth rates.” If we don’t, Brown warned, we faced a planet “with a writhing mass of human beings.” He likened the global population to a “pulsating mass of maggots.”

Birds of a feather. The next time Obama starts preaching compassion, remember, this is a man who chooses to associate with people who favor a culture of death.

Are You Flipping Kidding Me?

Because 32 “czars” isn’t enough, the Democrat plan would add another overlord to the Obama administration. The new “Health Choices Commissioner” would helm the new “Health Choices Administration” (Section 141 of the bill) – separate from the already existing Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (formerly the Health Care Financing Administration), the Veterans Health Administration, and the Indian Health Service.

The words belong to Michelle Malkin but the bold type is mine. Her article, well worth the read, is about is about socialized health care. My focus is the THIRTY-TWO czars.

THIRTY-TWO people who are appointed by the president and answer to the president ONLY. THIRTY-TWO people who have not been vetted and have not been confirmed by Congress. THIRTY-TWO people who are setting policy with no checks and balances. THIRTY-TWO people who are paid salaries and have massive budgets, during an economic "downturn" while overlapping (overshadowing) the duties assigned to properly appointed members of the President's Cabinet.

That's The United States of Ever Growing Bureaucracy.

I had no more finished typing "How many times since the swearing in has he announced, “I’ve appointed …who will report directly to me.”?", when I came across President Barack Obama asked Congress on Tuesday to create a new agency to police the fine print on consumer products like credit cards and mortgages and determine what fees, penalties and interest rates are fair. Good Lord, is it just me or is there another “czar” just around the corner?

So what’s this latest power grab about?

The President is proposing a Consumer Financial Protection Agency to oversee consumer financial protection because what this country needs is another agency with a great big staff and a great big budget to ‘guide’ the poor, little ignorant sheeple who can’t manage their own financial affairs without Big Brother holding their hand. More concisely, Michelle Malkin calls it a Fine Print Czar.:

I don’t know about you, but the idea of anyone in Washington fuming about fine print while they ram thousand-page bills through Congress that no one bothers to read is, well, triple-snort-worthy.

Good freaking grief! These idiots cannot do anything right, yet they are reaching deeper into our lives every day. How about they stop trying to micro-manage our lives and start reading what they vote on, after they all read the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION! Lord knows they could use a refresher course on that document!

Can I get an AMEN! Sheesh, how has this country survived 200+ years without Obama and his team of mighty flying monkeys up our tailpipes and dictating our every move? Enough with the bureaucracy.
