I'm Familiar With Drunk Blogging but Drunk Legislating?

I've heard of drunk blogging, drunk calling and drunk emailing, all of which I'd advise using extreme caution, assuming that one can be drunk and cautious at the time, but drunk legislating is a whole different game.

Far be it for me to cast aspirtions on the esteemed Sen. Max Baucus but if I were a betting woman I'd say the man has a snort full. As they say, I report, you decide.
