Pat at And So it Goes in Shreveport is reporting that Gov. Bobby Jindal is rumored to be endorsing Charlie Crist is the Florida Senate race. Are we talking about the same Charlie Crist? Choo choo Charlie? Charlie "stimulate me you great big hunk of man hugging love" Crist? Charlie "count illegal aliens in the census cause it'll double the population of Florida" Crist? Charlie "is that a RINO in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" Crist?
This is the kind of thing that causes chronic bafflement disorder.

Methinks Crist will not get the nod. Politics as usual are out the window with an aroused citizenry. The machine will not be able to call the outcomes like it has in the past. Plenty of surprises in store for November.
It's politics. Even the ones we think have integrity and honour, if they stick around long enough, prove to be politicians.
Disappointing, but not really surprising.
