Nice Deb has posted a video of Megyn Kelly, putting it nicely, tearing Kirsten Powers a new one over Power's dismissive attitude towards the DOJ's disgraceful conduct in the The New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case.
Powers showed up ill equipped to discuss, let alone debate, the formidable Kelly. Uninformed at best, or at worst, unwilling to admit the seriousness of the case, Powers fell back on the tired "what about Bush" argument, apparently unaware that the Bush mantra is well beyond its expiration date.
Powers dove head first into dumb blond territory by first admitting that she hadn't read the case testimony and then repeatedly screeching, "I'm informed. I'm informed!" Kelly on the other hand was factual, direct and downright masterful:
