Can you hear the silence?

No, that isn't the sound of crickets you hear chirping.  That my friends, is the sound of hypocrisy.  Had Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, take your pick of anyone even marginally right of center, said the words "Obama" and "watermelon" in the same sentence all hell would be breaking out.  But it was Dan Rather who said that Obama couldn't sell watermelons to a...the rest of the sentence was obscured by Chris Matthews' sudden panic attack.

First rule of business for the Left-ignore the remark and hope it goes away.

Second rule of business for the Left-claim that Rather was just being "folksy".

Cue up Jesse Jackson to give the "we know what's in his heart" speech in 10...9...8....
